Returns Policy

PanoplyLondon Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to feel completely happy with your PanoplyLondon jewellery. However, if something isn’t quite right—whether it’s the style or the fit—we’re here to help.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Items not eligible for return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Sale items
  • Nose rings (for hygiene reasons)

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our customer support team via Live Chat, and we will be happy to assist you.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Returns received after this timeframe may not be accepted, as this helps ensure all pieces remain in perfect condition for future customers.

Shipping deductions on free delivery orders

If your order qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Refund processing time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days
  • It may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider

Faulty items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, we may request the item to be returned for inspection so we can improve our products and quality control.

How to return your order

Returning your order is super easy.

1. Request a return by simply clicking the "OPEN A TICKET" option via HELP. Please include your order number, return reason, date of purchase, postal receipt (if returning), and any additional information you may have.

2. Re-package your item(s) along with all complimentary items provided and securely pack in the original packaging.

3. Buy postage from a Postal provider of your choice and stick it to your package to the return address we provide and send it back to us.

4. Make sure to send your proof of postage to us.You will receive an email from our returns team to keep you updated on the status of your return.
