You have 7 days from the delivery date to return your order, which means that you have plenty of time to return or exchange your items.

We hope you can understand that sale products and Nose rings are not able to be refunded or exchanged (unless faulty), however, if you have any queries regarding your order, please get in touch with our friendly customer service team through Live Chat option provided.

A few things to be aware of :

-You must return the item within 7 days to ensure timely processing. Items returned after this period may not be accepted. This ensures that items are in unused condition when relisted, so other buyers receive them in perfect condition

- To help manage our operational costs, a £(Shipping charge paid by us) will be deducted from your refund, if free shipping was provided for your order. 

- Returns are processed within 5 working days of our warehouse receiving them. Please note, it can sometimes take a few days for the refunded money to show in your account.

-We may occasionally ask for the return of faulty items to inspect faults and look for ways to improve our products.

Returning your order is super easy.

1. Request a return by simply clicking the "OPEN A TICKET" option via HELP. Please include your order number, return reason, date of purchase, postal receipt (if returning), and any additional information you may have.

2. Re-package your item(s) along with all complimentary items provided and securely pack in the original packaging.

3. Buy postage from a Postal provider of your choice and stick it to your package to the return address we provide and send it back to us.

4. Make sure to send your proof of postage to us.You will receive an email from our returns team to keep you updated on the status of your return.
